To ensure platform integrity, SAAS Advisory Hub reserves the absolute right to moderate reviews, remove fake reviews, reject abusive content, edit formatting, and suspend accounts of users who violate these guidelines.

Vendors listed on our Platform are solely responsible for ensuring:

• Accurate software descriptions, logos, and taglines
• Correct pricing plans and subscription models
• Legitimate claims, capabilities, and regulatory compliance

SAAS Advisory Hub reserves the right to reject vendor listings, remove outdated or unmaintained listings, suspend vendor accounts, and modify the positioning or visibility of listings.

Some of the links on the Platform may be affiliate links. We may earn a commission from product purchases, free trial signups, subscription upgrades, or vendor referrals initiated through these links.

Users submitting inquiry forms or requests for demos consent to sharing their contact information with:

• Software Vendors
• Authorized Consulting Partners
• Service Providers

These leads are shared specifically to facilitate product demos, pricing discussions, professional consultation, and tailored software recommendations. SAAS Advisory Hub does not guarantee vendor response times or service quality.

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to logos, branding, databases, UI layouts, designs, text, graphics, and custom software systems, are owned or licensed by SAAS Advisory Hub and protected by intellectual property laws.

Users and vendors are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities:

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SAAS Advisory Hub from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your misuse of the Platform, violation of these Terms, intellectual property infringement, or fraudulent activity.

We reserve the right to suspend user accounts, restrict access to features, remove content, reject new listings, and terminate any platform services at our sole discretion, without liability, for any violations of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will indicate the effective date at the top of this document. Your continued use of the Platform after the posting of any changes constitutes your automatic acceptance of the revised Terms.
